Compassionate Care Counseling PLLC is a mental health therapy practice that offers trauma-informed, in-person, or virtual counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and groups. Our focus is on providing support and guidance for those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and compulsive behaviors. We are dedicated to creating a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences.

    Our counseling services cover a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress management, attention deficit disorder (ADD), sexual abuse, spirituality, gender identity support, LGBT counseling, grief, loss, bereavement, and other related concerns.
