I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions, and work towards healing and personal growth.

I offer counseling for couples to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship.

I specialize in trauma-focused therapy to help individuals process and heal from past traumatic experiences.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a supportive environment for individuals facing similar challenges to share experiences and learn from one another.

My Approach

My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I believe in the strength and resilience of each individual, and I tailor my therapy to meet the unique needs of my clients.

I see clients in person at my St. Johnsbury, Vermont office.  I also see clients located anywhere in Maryland or Vermont using a simple virtual platform-no downloads.

I accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid (VT only).

I am a licensed mental health counselor with specialized training in anxiety, depression, trauma, and compulsive behaviors. I am committed to ongoing professional development to provide the highest quality of care to my clients.
