My Approach

My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I believe in the strength and resilience of each individual, and I tailor my therapy to meet the unique needs of my clients.

I see clients in person at my St. Johnsbury, Vermont office.  I also see clients located anywhere in Maryland or Vermont using a simple virtual platform-no downloads.

I accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid (VT only).
